Awakening Awareness

Under the Sky

Being in nature provides many benefits both physically and mentally. It gives us time and space away from the busyness of modern living and the opportunity to recharge our batteries. Not surprisingly, science is now being able to provide us with evidence that links these feelings of improved well-being with connecting to nature. If you already spend any amount of time in nature, through your own experience, you most probably already knew this!

Our Sessions

Sample the quiet, calmness of the woodland, there is no rushing here! Forest Bathing invitations and sit spots help you reconnect with nature. There may even be the chance to experience barefoot or mindful walking. Your awareness will be awakened!

Eight sessions will take place periodically throughout the year, celebrating the Earth’s yearly cycle; a tradition that has been handed down to us since before Celtic times.
